General Information
Banquet Seating: Early seating will be available again this year via Email.  Further information can be found on the Banquet Seating page.  NOTE: If you choose not to take advantage of Early Seating Assignments, seats can be selected from the remaining unassigned seats on Friday or Saturday at the Convention Center registration area.

DX Academy: DX University and the Northern California DX Club (NCDXC) will co-sponsor a two-track DX Seminar called "DX Academy".  This 4-hour Seminar will take place on Friday morning, April 19, 2013 from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon. Registration for this event is separate from the main convention registration.  Further information can be found on the DX Academy page.

Contest Academy: The Northern California Contest Club (NCCC) will once again sponsor a two-track, Basic and Advanced Contesting Seminar called "Contest Academy".  This 4-hour Seminar will take place on Friday afternoon, April 19, 2013 from 1:00-5:00 pm. Registration for this event is separate from the main convention registration.  Further information can be found on the Contest Academy page.

Convention Polo Shirts:  Convention Polo Shirts must be purchased separately from Pre-Registration. The Navy Polo shirt will have your Call, First Name, and Convention Logo Embroidered on the Shirt (click shirt for larger image).  The cost per shirt is $40.00.  Please include the shirt size on the registration form following your Name and Call.  Note: To ensure that your Polo Shirt will arrive at the convention on time, all shirts must be ordered by Friday, March 22, 2013.

Drink Sponsorship:  If you are willing to help sponsor drinks at the attitude adjustment hours (also known as the "DX Bars"), please include them on your registration form.  Drinks are US $5.00 each.  Your sponsorship of drinks is greatly appreciated to help with the overall (large) cost of these attitude adjustment hours. All drink sponsors are listed on the DX Bar Sponsors page.
Golf Tournament:  Once again, we will have a Golf Tournament at the Valley Oaks Golf Course on Friday, April 19, 2013 starting at 8:00 am. Please indicate your intention to participate in the tournament on your registration form.   Further information can be found on the Golf Tournament page.
Pre-Registration:  Individual Pre-Registration (with meals) and Individual Pre-Registration for young HAMs under 21 (with meals) includes:
  • Chance at pre-registration raffle prize drawing
  • Entrance to Exhibit Hall
  • Saturday BBQ Lunch
  • Saturday Banquet
  • Sunday Breakfast
  • Convention Patch
  • Entrance to all Technical Sessions (Does Not include Contest Academy Programs)
  • Convention Booklet

Raffle Tickets:  When you Pre-Register, you get two free tickets for EACH book of Ten (10) ordered -- a total of 12 tickets.  Example: Order 4 books and you'll get an extra 8 free raffle tickets.
Please note: To be eligible for the Major Prize drawings on Saturday night and Sunday morning, you MUST be registered at the Convention.

RV Parking: RV Parking will be allowed in the East Parking Lot of the Convention Center. Please refer to the map here. The fee will be $40.00 for the weekend covering Thursday through Sunday. To reserve a spot please see the RV Reservations page.

Saturday Tour:  Come join us for the Saturday Tour at the International DX Convention.  We will have sight-seeing, lunch, and lots of laughs.  Come see old friends and meet new ones.  We will travel in a luxurious bus, handicapped-equipped, and you will be picked up at 9:00 am in front of the Convention Center.  For further information please see the Saturday Tour page.
