The 18th annual Islands On The Air (IOTA) Dinner will be held in conjunction with the 64th annual Visalia International DX Convention on Friday, 19 April 2013, in the San Joaquin Room at the Visalia Conference Center, Downtown Visalia, 303 East Acequia, Visalia, CA. This dinner is open to all who are active in the IOTA program or want to see beautiful pictures of far away islands. If you do not wish dinner, you may sit and enjoy the IOTA program following the dinner.

The dinner will be served buffet style in the San Joaquin Room at a cost of $32.00 per person (service charge and tax included). The buffet menu will contain entrée choice of sliced Tri-tip/fried chicken or Penne Pasta/Lasagna (not both) along with salad, vegetables, dinner rolls, dessert, and a beverage (coffee, ice tea or ice water). Vegetarian meal is available with a two week notice. Beer, wine and liquor can be purchased separately from the Happy Hour Bar just prior, or at the Marriott Hotel bar.
Reservations and advanced payment is required. Prepayment must be received 10 days prior to the Dinner: April 9, 2013. Payment may be made by Personal Check, Cashiers Check, or Money Order payable to "Ray Benny". Please send your payment to N6VR’s address below. You will receive an email confirmation. At this time, buffet service is set for 50 persons but can be increased. And, as with previous IOTA dinners, admission is free for those wishing to watch the presentations without dinner. Paid attendees will have priority seating.

As a note, the Marriott Hotel has no rooms available. Check the IDXC Website for other motels. You may ask the IDXC Convention coordinators if they have any rooms reserved for foreign guests if you reside outside of the USA.
